I ordered the GOML display shelf with the code, of course. I like the quality, however am disappointed that they have to be put together as one unit in order to hang them on the wall. I do not have any surfaces in my sewing/doll room to place this shelf on.I guess I could put some hardware on them to hang them individually if I want. I only have four dolls and was thinking about using the middle one with the drawer for Coconut and his stuff.

I think the hanging feature is a bit odd since this piece has such obvious feet. I'd have designed it to look like a border if it were to be hung by some.

But, I am really really pleased with it as a shelf riser. I went back and bought another, and regreted not being able to buy more. My Schoenhut circus has adopted one inside a cabinet, and look great on it. I have a little Schoenhut piano just the right width for hte drawered one! The silver motif is a removable sticker, so you end up with an all white piece if you pull it off.

The platforms are big enough for a large doll. My dd's 20" china head doll is securely standing on the main one with two GOML for each of the lower levels. As my Schoenhut cabinet only accomodated two of the pieces I gave one side piece to my dd for her bedisde table, and it's come in handy there.

What we have yet to use are the cheap plastic add ons. Not worth the money IMO and not even designed to logically fit the other piece well.

Pattie, sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the GOML display shelf. We didn't hang the two extra sets of shelves I coded.

I hope you can find a way to use the part of the shelf with the drawer. I thought it was a great value especially with the code. We put my daughters' Madame Alexander dolls on our's. They look wonderful and I am so happy I coded the shelves. Our GOMLs are each in the GOML display cases that sold out long ago for $19 each I think.

I do like the shelf. Just have to plan another way of using it. It was definitely a steal with the code.
